Take the old pump nameplate first
The fastest way to start replacement selection is to send a clear photo of the old pump nameplate.
The nameplate usually helps confirm model, pumping speed, motor power, voltage and frequency.
Check installation and connection
Even if pumping speed is similar, inlet size, outlet size, base dimensions and motor position may affect installation.
Send installation photos if the pump is inside a machine cabinet or has limited space around it.
Confirm the real problem before buying
Low vacuum may come from pump wear, oil condition, filter blockage, leakage or process change.
If you are not sure whether the pump must be replaced, describe the problem before ordering.
