Thermoforming often needs fast response
Plastic thermoforming may require fast vacuum response to pull heated sheet material onto the mold.
Pump selection should check mold size, vacuum tank volume, cycle time and target pressure.
Vacuum tank and piping matter
The pump does not work alone. Vacuum tank size, piping diameter, valves and leakage will affect the actual forming speed.
If the existing machine is slow, send photos of the pump nameplate and vacuum tank layout before replacement.

For quotation, prepare required pumping speed, machine voltage, old pump model, quantity and destination country.
